TESTAS (HUMAN)

Nowadays, AI tools are getting more and more advanced to simplify our lives. In the past few years, most of the developed AI tools have been specifically made for creators, I think. For example, ChatGPT. Not only a tool for fast internet search. But an advanced toolset for a content creator to write human-like texts, generate various images, videos, and moodboards. Even apps like Canva, or website builders include as many AI tools as they can that help creating content in various formats.

Content creation tools

I personally like using AI tools for writing, fast internet search, and image creation. ChatGPT is usually most helpful with writing and image creation. Perplexity is pro in finding contradictions in my texts, summarising information, and searching for relevant information. Additionally, I’m really a fan of AI website builders. They let me quickly generate any kind of website and fill it with relevant information, images, and videos.

ChatBots

Not every chatbot earns 5 stars for helpfulness, as most have been programmed with only a few FAQs. This is usually not enough, as I can easily find the information by going to a specific website’s FAQ section. Information that’s usually not so easily accessible is mostly subscription-specific, or related to bugs, for example. And in these cases, only a few chatbots helped me, including Hostinger Kodee (yes, I’m a fan of website building).

Work organizers

Any AI-powered calendar or task management system is a really helpful addition to my usual work life. You can streamline the task assignment processes, track progress, and get quick summaries of a month, for example. ClickUp is one of such tool that I really become to like in recent years as it updates the system with new features almost monthly.

To conclude everything, I think that AI tools, when used smartly, can be a big help in our everyday lives. Whether its for image creation, or organizing your work, I recommend you to try one or few tools once in a while.
